About accommodation
- Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.
- Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-out is at 11:00.
*If you are arriving after 17:00, please contact us in advance.
*Customers with dinner included, please arrive by 18:30. - I would like you to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
- We will keep it at the front desk. Please feel free to ask the front staff.
Please note that we will only be able to store your luggage after check-out for the same day.
Please note that we cannot store valuables, fragile items, dangerous items, important documents, or perishable items. - I would like to send my luggage first by courier, but could you leave it at the hotel?

Please note that we cannot accept the following items.

- There is a slope from the parking lot to the entrance.
In addition, you will be asked to take off your footwear at the entrance, and you can generally move around the facility without wearing footwear.
There are no steps inside the building, and although the main building is a 4-story building, there is an elevator, so wheelchair access is not an issue.
The guest rooms are flat, but the hot spring bathtub in the room has a step, so it is not completely barrier-free. (There are handrails in the bathtub)
There is a handrail in the large bath.
There are no steps between the changing room and the bath.
The rooms in the Yajuhachi Villa are larger than the rooms in the main house, so I think it's easier to move around in a wheelchair.
For visually impaired customers, there are Braille blocks at the entrance and on the stairs of the main building. There is no Braille notation.
Our staff will be able to provide written communication for customers who are hearing impaired. - Can I stay alone?
- We sell solo travel plans.

- We have rooms where you can stay with your dog.
These are two of the premium suite rooms in the Eighty-eight Villa (outbuilding).
<For customers traveling with dogs>
*Up to 2 dogs under 10 kg can stay, and up to 1 dog between 10 kg and 20 kg is allowed.
*Only dogs that have received various vaccinations, are toilet trained, and can be caged.
*When checking in, please be sure to bring your rabies/5 or more vaccination certificate within the past year.
*Please use the dedicated entrance for dogs.
*Please refrain from bringing guests outside of the guest room.
*Dogs are not allowed to use the bath in the guest room.
*Customers are responsible for cleaning up loose hair.
*After going out with your dog, please clean their hands and feet before entering the facility.
*Please be sure to put your dog in a cage when you leave him in the guest room and when sleeping at night.
*Please refrain from sleeping with your dog in the bed.
*If your guest room or the building is damaged by your dog, you will be charged the full amount for cleaning and repair costs.
*If your dog is causing a nuisance to other guests, such as excessive barking, we may ask you to move your dog to your car.
Dogs stay free of charge. (Included in the room price)
Only dogs are allowed to stay. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
Dogs must enter the room through a dedicated passageway. Please refrain from entering any area other than your room.
We do not prepare meals for dogs, so please prepare them yourself.
When you leave your room for meals, etc., please leave your dog in a special cage in your room. - Can I get a massage at the inn?

About access
- Is there a shuttle service from Ureshino Onsen Station?
- <Pick-up> We accept pick-up from Ureshino Onsen at 14:30, 15:20, and 16:20.
<Delivery> We will drop you off at Ureshino Onsen Station from your inn at 9:10, 9:40, 10:40, and 11:10.
*Advance reservations are required, so please be sure to contact us. - Is there a parking lot.
- There is a parking lot exclusively for guests. Approximately 40 cars can be parked. Parking is free.
- Are tire chains necessary in winter?
- Basically, it is not necessary. Please be careful when coming in bad weather.
About meals
- Can you accommodate food allergies?

- Dinner can be changed for up to 3 days.
For breakfast, you can choose from Japanese or Western food, but we can change the menu for up to 2 days. - I made a reservation without meals, but can I eat at the restaurant on the day of the reservation?
- Only available for those on meal plans.
If you wish, please make a reservation with a plan that includes breakfast and dinner. - I would like to bring alcohol, etc. to the dining venue.
- You may bring drinks into the dining hall during dinner, but there will be a charge of 2,000 yen (excluding tax) for each drink. Please do not bring food into the dining venue.
- What time are meals served at the accommodation?
- Dinner time: For the prix fixe kaiseki and chef's choice kaiseki, there are two sessions: (1) 18:00 and (2) 19:30.
For charcoal grilled kaiseki meals, all meals will start at 18:30.
Please note that the time may change depending on the situation.
●Breakfast time
There are two sessions: (1) 8:00 and (2) 9:00. - Can I request a private room at the restaurant?
- There is also a private dining room. Priority will be given to guests staying in rooms at Yajuhachi Bettei. Customers in the main building will basically be shown in a semi-private room.
- What kind of meals do you have?
- We offer a Kaiseki meal centered around Japanese cuisine (prix fixe style where you can choose 3 out of 8 courses from several menus).
Customers who choose the charcoal-grilled counter Kaiseki plan will enjoy their meals at the charcoal-grilled counter ``Sumibi Yoshimura'' inside the restaurant ``Oritsumi.''
When you check in, you can choose between Japanese or Western breakfast. - Can I eat in my room?
- We are sorry, but we cannot serve meals in your room. Meals will be served at the restaurant.
- Please tell me about the facilities in the guest rooms.
- Equipped with toilet (washlet)/free Wi-Fi/Airweave beds (2 double beds/140cm x 200cm)/65-inch 4K TV/humidifying air purifier/refrigerator/hair dryer/kettle.
About the room
- Is there a smoking room?
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, in guest rooms, and on guest room balconies (including electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and heated tobacco). There is a smoking area on the first floor of the main building, so please use that area.
- Do you have any rooms with an open-air bath?
- Luxury Suite, Premium Suite, and Comfort Deluxe rooms have a semi-open-air bath.
Junior Deluxe rooms are rooms with hot spring baths that do not open windows.
The sizes of the semi-open-air baths are as follows.

- The large public bath is equipped with a ``dry sauna'' and an ``auto-row sauna'' for men and women.

- We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow people with tattoos to enter the bath. Please use the bathroom in your room.

Please refrain from bringing children who are still in diapers into the baths.
Additionally, mixed bathing with children of the opposite sex is limited to preschool children only.
