[Important] Beware of suspicious messages and phishing scams impersonating Booking.com.
Currently, there have been reports of phishing scams impersonating travel booking sites like Booking.com and accommodations, attempting to steal customers' credit card information and personal data.
In addition to email, SMS, and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, we have observed suspicious communications that exploit Booking.com's messaging function.
■ Please be careful of messages like these.
"Payment failed."
"If you do not complete the procedure within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled."
"Please re-enter your credit card information to confirm your reservation."
These are examples of content that preys on customers' anxieties and directs them to external websites.
■ A request to our customers
Do not access links in suspicious messages.
Do not easily enter credit card information or personal information.
• Check your reservation details on the Booking.com official website or app.
If you receive any suspicious communications, please contact our hotel or Booking.com directly.
■ In the event that you have entered information
If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately and request that they suspend your card or take other appropriate action.
Please be assured that there have been no instances of personal information leaks at our hotel.
We will continue to strive to implement information security measures so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
