Regarding inquiries about the "Kyushu Recovery Support Discount" (Updated 9/29)

As part of the government's efforts to stimulate tourism demand and support disaster-stricken areas, the "Kyushu Recovery Support Discount Saga Campaign" has been announced.
In this campaign, a 50% discount will be applied to travel and accommodation packages sold by participating travel agencies and online booking sites.

■ Campaign Overview Campaign Period: Check-in from 10 1, 2026 (Thursday) to Check-out on December 26, 2026 (Saturday) Eligible Participants: Travelers residing in Japan and international travelers Discount Rate: 50% of travel and accommodation fees
Maximum discount amount (per reservation, per person)
Accommodation service only: 20,000 yen Travel package including accommodation and transportation (1 night): 20,000 yen Travel package including accommodation and transportation (2 nights or more): 30,000 yen Multi-city travel package (travel package including accommodation in 2 or more prefectures in Kyushu): 35,000 yen

■ Reservation start date Online reservation site: Thursday, September 24, 2026, noon (12:00) - → *Reservations closed on September 24 due to being sold out.
Travel agencies: From 10 2, 2026 (Friday)
*Sales will begin sequentially as each online booking site and travel agency is ready.
*This offer will end once the budget limit is reached.
*Applications made before the reservation start date are not eligible for the discount.

■To customers who made reservations through online booking sites (Jalan, Rakuten, etc.) on September 24th
This "Kyushu Support Recovery Discount" is only applicable if the customer obtains a "Recovery Discount Coupon" themselves through the designated booking sites (Jalan, Rakuten Travel, etc.) and applies it at the time of booking.
We sincerely apologize, but guests who fall under the following categories are not eligible for the "Kyushu Support Recovery Discount" (regular rates apply). We will not be able to apply the discount at checkout, so please double-check your reservation details.
▼ Cases where the "Kyushu Support Recovery Discount" does not apply (regular price applies): - If the "Recovery Discount Coupon" is not used (applied) at the time of booking - If the booking is completed without obtaining or applying the coupon, even if it is within the eligible period. Please be sure to check the "booking confirmation email" or "My Page" you receive from each booking site (OTA) to see if the discount has been applied.
Even if it is discovered on the day of check-in or at the time of payment that you are ineligible for the discount, we are unable to apply the discount at our hotel due to the nature of the system.
To ensure you have a truly enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you double-check your reservation details before departure.

■ Regarding reservations at Ureshino Yadoya: The campaign office has announced that direct reservations (via the official website or by phone) to the accommodation facility will begin on Tuesday, 10 13th at 1:00 PM (tentative).
Currently, our embassy is awaiting notification from the secretariat regarding the finalization of our budget allocation.
Therefore, the official reservation method will be determined and implemented as follows, after carefully reviewing the allocated budget.

・If the budget allocation for "telephone-only" reservations is limited, we may accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis by telephone in order to ensure fair and smooth registration. Please be aware that it may be very difficult to get through on the phone on the day of the event.
Regarding the "Reservation Method," we will announce it promptly in this notice section as soon as the budget allocation is finalized. Please wait a little longer.

We are unable to accept reservations or procedures made in person at the museum.
Since the start of reservations, we have uniformly declined all in-person reservations and discount application procedures at the front desk. We appreciate your understanding as this is to maintain fairness in the order of reservations.
・Discounts cannot be applied to existing reservations.
We are unable to apply discounts to reservations already made through our official website or by phone before the reservation start date. Please be sure to make a new reservation after 13:00 on Tuesday, 10 13th.
